Chauffeur Hire (Hourly)

The quotation provided to you is based upon an hourly charge with a minimum of four hours hire. Any minutes in excess of the specified hire time will be rounded up to the nearest half an hour and charged at a pro-rata plus 7.5%.
The quotation is fully inclusive of the vehicle hire, accompanying chauffeur, fuel, all relevant insurances and parking charges to a maximum value of £6.00.
The quotation allows for up to 100 miles of total travel distance.
If mileage exceeds the allowable distance a mileage charge for each additional mile travelled is payable. The mileage charge will vary according to the vehicle booked and will be detailed within the quotation provided. Reservations requiring attendance between the hours of 23:00 – 06:00 will incur an additional 10% surcharge.

Wedding Chauffeur Hire Payment

On confirmation of booking you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 25% of the total value of the booking, unless otherwise agreed by both parties that an invoicing system will be applied.
The remaining balance must be received as cleared funds 30 days prior to the hire date.
Payment can be made by direct bank transfer. We are also able to accept cash payments. Payments are non-transferable. Please note bookings are fully confirmed on receipt of deposit. However in order to ensure the specific vehicle/s booked are not allocated elsewhere remaining balances must be paid by the due date.

Wedding Chauffeur Hire Cancellation

All clients have a 30 day ‘cooling-off’ period from the date any deposits were deposited as cleared funds into the Companies accounts, whereby any cancellations will be eligible for a full and total refund. Any cancellations made after the 30 day ‘cooling-off’ period will still be eligible for a total refund of any monies paid to the Company in reference to the booking in question, minus a £50 cancellation charge.
Please note: All cancellation notices must be given in writing. The Company will provide written confirmation of acceptance of cancellation and details of any monies refundable or due in accordance with the hire agreement.

Safeguarding Our Chauffeurs and Our Vehicles

In order to ensure the safety of our drivers and maintain the highest quality standards that you, our Client, has come to expect smoking and the consumption of food is expressly forbidden.
Consumption of beverages is permissible but is strictly at the Hirers risk. Any spillages which require professional valeting will be charged accordingly. Our chauffeurs are highly experienced and mature individuals who will always act with the greatest level of respect and discretion. Whilst in charge of the vehicle our chauffeurs have complete authority to refuse any passenger, who is deemed to be under the influence of either alcohol or drugs and their behaviour, in the opinion of the chauffeur (who will be the sole judge) presents a threat to other passengers, road users, the chauffeur and or the vehicle.
Our chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate hire with immediate effect should any member of your party, or associated parties, display any behaviour deemed to be unacceptable. In the unlikely event that the interior or the exterior of the vehicle is damaged the Hirer is responsible for any damage that they or their party, or any associated parties, may have caused, howsoever caused. Costs for such damage will be invoiced directly to the Hirer at actual cost plus 15%. Costs may also include for loss of earnings whilst the vehicle is being repaired.

Loss and Liability

The Company can accept no liability for unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical breakdowns, accident, punctures, severe traffic or weather conditions.
Our vehicles are produced by the world’s best vehicle manufacturers offering exceptional levels of quality and reliability. Our fleet is maintained to the highest standard. However, in the unlikely event of a mechanical breakdown rendering the vehicle unsafe to drive or immobilising the vehicle
we will use all reasonable endeavours available to us to either replace the vehicle for a similar vehicle from our extensive fleet or at the very least provide alternative transportation. Should we be unable to deliver in either regard we will refund all hire charges with a discretionary payment of a £100, thus ending our liability to you.
On conclusion of the hire the vehicle is thoroughly checked and cleaned on its return. If there are any items found you will be promptly informed and your goods will be made available for collection. In the unfortunate event that items are reported but not however found within the vehicle the Company cannot accept any responsibility or liability for the loss of any such items.

Complaints Procedure

In the unlikely event that you have cause for complaint we request you write to us within 7 days of the hire date giving us as much information as possible. We promise to use all reasonable endeavours to investigate your complaint and wherever possible report our findings back to you
within 7 working days of the receipt of your complaint.
